Prabina Dahal, DNP, CPNP(she/her), is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to supporting children’s health, growth, and development from infancy through adolescence. She provides compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care that empowers families and helps children thrive—because she believes healthy children learn better and grow into healthier adults, strengthening communities for generations to come.

With over 10 years of clinical experience at Swedish Medical Center, including work in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Prabina Dahal brings a strong foundation in pediatric assessment, safety, and recovery care. Prabina Dahal’s 5 years of supporting the Bellevue School District through School Health Services further reflect her dedication to children’s well-being in both clinical and community settings, helping students stay healthy, safe, and ready to learn.

Prabina Dahal earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington, Seattle, and her Master of Nursing from the University of Washington, Bothell.

Prabina Dahal’s professional passion centers on comprehensive pediatric primary care, preventive health, health equity, and creating healthier environments for children and families.

Prabina Dahal is recognized for her leadership and advocacy; she is a recipient of the Azita Emami Student Leadership in Social Justice Award and a former Fellow of the Association of Nurses for Healthy Environments.

Prabina Dahal is fluent in English and Nepali, allowing her to connect with and support diverse pediatric populations.
